PNB and 20 Banks announce Big Property E-Auctions

If you are planning to buy a house, shop, flat, or land at an affordable price, this news is important for you. Punjab National Bank (PNB) and 20 other financial institutions are selling a large number of properties through e-auctions.

These institutions have issued official notices for the sale of different types of properties.
The auctions will take place across different states from December 2025 to January 2026.

PNB’s Major E-Auction Events in December 2025 and January 2026

PNB has announced several major e-auctions in these two months.

PNB Bathinda branch will conduct an auction on December 30, 2025, offering commercial shops, residential houses, and plots located in Moga, Fazilka, Faridkot, Mansa, and Ferozepur districts of Punjab.

PNB Agra circle will also hold auctions on December 30, 2025, where flats, houses, commercial properties, and plots in different Uttar Pradesh cities like Agra, Aligarh, Etah, Mathura, Etawah, Mainpuri, and Kannauj will be available.

PNB Kashmere Gate, Delhi, will conduct auctions on January 12, 2026.

PNB Bhimrao Ambedkar College branch will auction properties in Ghaziabad and Delhi on the same day.
