How to request a correction
Email takendra@thebanktoday.com with the article URL, the statement you believe is inaccurate and reliable supporting evidence. We review correction requests on their merits.
Our correction process
- Minor spelling, formatting or grammar errors may be fixed without a correction note when they do not alter meaning.
- Material factual errors are corrected in the article and may carry a dated correction note explaining the change.
- Developing stories may be updated as new verified information becomes available; significant updates may be noted.
- If a claim cannot be adequately supported, it may be clarified, qualified or removed.
Responses and complaints
People or organisations directly affected by our reporting may request a fair review or submit a response. A correction does not mean that every disagreement or change of opinion requires alteration of accurate reporting.
