The bank has announced that several digital banking services will be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance.
Customers will not be able to access certain services tonight, December 20th, and into the morning of December 21st.
The bank advises users to complete any urgent banking tasks in advance to avoid inconvenience.
When and How Long Will Services Be Unavailable?
Kotak Mahindra Bank has stated that the downtime will last for 1 hour on December 21, 2025 (Sunday).
Maintenance Timings: 3:30 AM to 4:30 AM IST
During this time, customers will not be able to access various banking services.
Services Affected
The maintenance will temporarily affect the following services:
Old and new versions of the Kotak Bank App
Kotak811 Mobile Banking App
Net Banking
UPI and other payment services
ATM services (Note: ATM transactions below ₹20,000 will not be affected)
Bank Advice for Customers
The bank said this maintenance is aimed at providing a better and smoother banking experience in the future.
To avoid disruption, customers are advised to complete fund transfers, bill payments, and other essential banking tasks before or after the maintenance window.
