What is Annexure K?
Annexure K is a transfer certificate needed when you shift your PF balance from an old account to a new one after changing jobs.
It includes:
Your name and member ID
PF balance and interest earned
EPS (Pension Scheme) service history
Joining and leaving dates
Details of your old and new employers
Earlier, this document was only shared between PF offices. Members had to request it separately, which made the process slow.
How to Download Annexure K
You can now download it yourself in three simple steps:
Login to the EPFO member portal
Click on Online Services
Go to Track Claim Status and download Annexure K
Benefits of the New System
The PF transfer process will be fully transparent.
You can personally check whether your balance and service details have been transferred correctly.
A digital record will be available, making it easier to claim EPS benefits in the future.
Union Labor Minister Mansukh Mandaviya said this facility will make employees more self-reliant and confident.
PF Transfer Now Made Simple
Hemant Kumar, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner-1, shared that EPFO has also introduced a Passbook Lite feature. This allows members to quickly view their account summary and track activity easily.
With Annexure K now available online, what used to be a complex and time-consuming process will become quick, simple, and user-friendly.
