The IPO of Modern Diagnostic & Research Centre, a well-known diagnostics company, opens for subscription today.

Modern Diagnostic IPO: Key Details

This IPO is a book-built issue.

The company aims to raise ₹36.89 crore by issuing 0.41 crore fresh shares.

There is no offer-for-sale (OFS) component, which means all the money raised will go directly to the company.

The IPO price band has been fixed at ₹85 to ₹90 per share.

Shares will be listed on the BSE SME platform on January 7, 2026.

GMP Explained: What Listing Gains Can Investors Expect?

According to InvestorGain, Modern Diagnostic shares were trading at a premium of ₹10 in the grey market on December 31.

Based on the upper price band of ₹90, the estimated listing price is around ₹100 per share.

This suggests a possible listing gain of about 11.11%.

However, investors should remember that GMP is not official.

It changes frequently and does not guarantee profit or loss on listing day.

Lot Size and Investment Required

One lot of the IPO includes 1,600 shares.

Retail investors must apply for at least two lots, or 3,200 shares.

This requires an investment of ₹2.88 lakh at the upper price band.

HNI investors need to apply for a minimum of three lots, or 4,800 shares, which means an investment of ₹4.32 lakh.
