EWS (Economically Weaker Section) and LIG (Low-Income Group) flats starting at Rs 11.54 lakh.

MIG (Middle-Income Group) and HIG (High-Income Group) flats starting at Rs 29 lakh, with a total of 5,400 flats available in these categories.

Booking Details and Deadlines

The booking for these flats began on 11 September 2024 and will be open until 31 March 2025. The scheme follows a ‘first come, first serve’ rule, allowing buyers to book a flat according to their convenience.

Booking Amounts and Registration Fees

Different categories have specific booking amounts:

EWS flats: Rs 50,000

LIG flats: Rs 1 lakh

MIG flats: Rs 4 lakh

HIG flats: Rs 10 lakh

A registration fee of Rs 2,500 is also required. Note that both booking and registration fees are non-refundable.

Interested applicants can apply online through the official DDA website. The website provides complete details about the scheme, along with the application process.

Essential documents such as Aadhar card, PAN card, and other KYC documents are required for the application.
