Two new IPOs are set to open in the country in the week beginning February 16. One of these public issues is in the mainboard segment.
Additionally, investors will also have the opportunity to invest in an IPO that is already open next week.
Speaking of listings, shares of three companies are scheduled to debut in the upcoming week. Two of these companies belong to the mainboard segment. Here are the complete details:
Fractal Industries IPO:
The ₹49 crore issue will open on February 16 and close on February 18. The price band has been fixed at ₹205–₹216 per share. The lot size is 600 shares. The company is expected to list on the BSE SME platform on February 23.
Gaudium IVF IPO:
This mainboard public issue will open on February 20 and close on February 24. The price band has not yet been announced. The shares are expected to be listed on both the BSE and NSE on February 27.
IPOs Already Open
Marushika Technology IPO:
The issue opened on February 12 and will close on February 16. The company plans to raise ₹26.97 crore through this offering. So far, the issue has been subscribed 77%.
The price band is set at ₹111–₹117 per share, and the lot size is 1,200 shares. The shares are scheduled to list on the NSE SME platform on February 19.
Newly Listed Companies
In the coming week, Fractal Analytics will be listed on the BSE and NSE on February 16. Aye Finance is also scheduled to debut on both exchanges on the same day.
Meanwhile, Marushika Technology is expected to list on the NSE SME platform on February 19.
