This NFO is ideal for conservative investors who want to grow their money through safe investments while also earning regular income. The goal of the fund is to offer better returns than traditional debt instruments and debt funds—even after taxes are applied.

Investment open till May 21

This New Fund Offer (NFO) opened on May 9, 2025, and will close on May 21, 2025. In this scheme, 50% to 65% of the funds will be invested in debt-oriented schemes of Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund. Another 30% to 50% will go into arbitrage schemes, and 0% to 5% will be put into money market options.

Start investing with just ₹1,000

You can invest in the Baroda BNP Paribas Income Plus Arbitrage Active Fund of Fund with a minimum of ₹1,000. After that, you can add in multiples of ₹1.

For daily, weekly, and monthly SIPs, the minimum is ₹500, and for quarterly SIPs, it is ₹1,500—both followed by investments in multiples of ₹1.

The concessional long-term capital gains (LTCG) tax of only 12.5% makes it attractive for people in higher tax brackets.

The fund will be co-managed by Prashant Pimpale and Neeraj Saxena. Prashant has over 25 years of experience and Neeraj has over 21 years, both handling fixed income and hybrid fund strategies.
