SBI Mutual Fund has introduced a new Fund of Funds (FoF) called SBI Dynamic Asset Allocation Active FoF.

This scheme allows investors to invest in multiple funds at the same time, including both equity and debt.

The allocation between equity and debt will keep changing automatically as per market conditions, helping investors maintain a better balance between risk and returns.

NFO Opening and Investment Scope

NFO Period: Opens on 25 August 2025 and closes on 8 September 2025.

After this, it will operate as an open-ended fund, meaning investors can buy and sell anytime.

Unlike traditional FoFs, this scheme will invest not only in SBI Mutual Fund schemes but also in other mutual fund houses’ equity and debt schemes.

The main objective is long-term capital appreciation.

Benefits of Dynamic Asset Allocation

If the market is rising, the fund can increase equity exposure.

In volatile times, the allocation can shift towards debt instruments.

Allocation guidelines:

Equity-oriented schemes: 35% to 100%

Debt-oriented schemes: 0% to 65%

Money market instruments: up to 5%

This flexibility ensures balanced exposure as per market conditions.

Fund Management Team
