If you’re looking for a new IPO to invest in, Shree Balaji Mala Textiles IPO has opened for subscription today, July 22, 2026.

Investors can apply until July 24, 2026. The company plans to raise around ₹19 crore through this public issue.

Even before the IPO opened, it started attracting attention in the gray market. The Gray Market Premium (GMP) has increased in the last few days, indicating positive market sentiment.

However, investors should remember that GMP is only an unofficial indicator and does not guarantee listing gains.

GMP Rises Before IPO

According to market experts, the current GMP is around ₹19 per share, up from ₹14 three days ago. This rise has boosted investor interest in the IPO.

Still, GMP should not be the only reason to invest. Experts advise checking the company’s financial performance, business model, growth plans, and overall risks before making any investment decision.

Price Band and Minimum Investment

The company has fixed the IPO price band at ₹66 to ₹70 per share. This is a fresh issue, meaning the company is issuing new shares and will use the funds for business expansion and other corporate purposes.

The minimum application size is 2,000 shares. At the upper price band of ₹70, investors will need to invest about ₹1.40 lakh for one lot.

Since this is an SME IPO, the minimum investment is much higher than a regular mainboard IPO.

Allotment and Listing Schedule

The share allotment is expected on July 25, 2026. If there is any delay due to the weekend, the allotment may take place on July 27.

The shares are expected to be listed on the BSE SME platform on July 29, 2026, after successful applicants receive shares in their demat accounts.

KFin Technologies has been appointed as the registrar for the IPO, while GYR Capital Advisors Private Limited is the lead manager handling the issue.

Should You Invest?

The rising GMP is a positive sign, but it should not be the only factor behind your investment decision. SME IPOs are generally more volatile than mainboard IPOs and carry higher risk.

If you are a long-term investor and understand the risks involved in SME companies, this IPO may be worth adding to your watchlist.

However, before applying, make sure to carefully review the company’s financials, valuation, business prospects, and your own risk appetite.
