Good news for investors! Navkar Urbanstructure Ltd has announced bonus shares for its shareholders. The company has also shared the record date for this bonus issue. The current share price of the company is under ₹20.

Navkar Urbanstructure Ltd will offer 3 bonus shares for every 2 shares held. These bonus shares will have a face value of ₹2 each.

The record date for receiving the bonus shares is set for Thursday, 24 April 2025. This means the stock will trade ex-bonus next week.

This is the first time the company is issuing bonus shares. In 2022, the company had also split its shares into 5 parts, which brought down the face value to ₹2 per share.
