Sanofi Consumer Healthcare, a pharmaceutical company, recently announced its December quarter results and also rewarded investors with a dividend. Following this news, the company’s shares saw increased activity on Thursday.
For the year ending December 31, 2025, Sanofi Consumer Healthcare declared a dividend of ₹75 per share.
The board of directors has recommended this final dividend of ₹75 per share (with a face value of ₹10), which is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM).
The company will announce the record date or book closure for the dividend payment in due course.
Quarterly and Annual Performance
In the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025, Sanofi Consumer Healthcare reported a net profit of ₹665 million, up 50.11% compared to ₹443 million in the same quarter last year.
The company’s operating revenue for the quarter rose 47.04% year-on-year to ₹251 million, compared to ₹1707 million in Q4 FY2024.
Domestic sales increased by 23%, driven by the re-launch of recalled products. Export sales saw a significant jump, growing 9.3 times due to a low base.
For the full year 2025, the company reported revenue of ₹878.4 crore, marking a 21% increase over the previous year.
