In Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, several properties, including shops and residential plots, are going to be re-auctioned.
The UP Housing and Development Council had earlier conducted an e-auction on March 25, 2026, but only one bid was received for these properties. Because of this, the e-auction will now be held again on April 16, 2026.
The registration and token deposit process for this e-auction started on March 27, 2026, and will continue until April 15, 2026.
The minimum token amount starts from ₹1.40 lakh.
Three Residential Plots to Be Auctioned in Avadh Vihar Scheme
According to the Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Council, three residential plots will be e-auctioned in Lucknow’s Avadh Vihar Scheme, located in Sector 8.
The area of these plots ranges from 312.5 square meters to 343.75 square meters.
Token Amount Up to ₹12.22 Lakh
The total price of these residential plots has been fixed between ₹2.22 crore and ₹2.44 crore.
To participate in the auction, applicants will need to deposit a token amount between ₹11.11 lakh and ₹12.22 lakh.
Property number 8/38 is a corner-facing plot, for which the token amount is ₹11,67,234.
The reserve price for these plots in Awadh Vihar ranges from ₹71,196 per sq. meter to ₹74,753 per sq. meter.

The total price of plots in this scheme starts from ₹1.42 crore and goes up to ₹3.27 crore.
To bid for these plots, buyers will need to deposit a token amount between ₹7.13 lakh and ₹16.39 lakh.
The reserve price ranges from ₹71,416 per sq. meter to ₹75,735 per sq. meter.

Buyers will also get the option to make payment in installments.

If the installments are not paid on time, an additional 2% compound interest will be charged.
