Aastha Spintex 1:1 Bonus Issue

At its September 16 annual general meeting, Aastha Spintex considered a 1:1 bonus issue.

Under the proposal, eligible shareholders would receive one additional share for every one share held, subject to the applicable corporate action process.

The company has also increased its authorised share capital from ₹45 crore to ₹100 crore.

The move provides greater flexibility for future capital requirements and the proposed issue of bonus shares.

 Aastha Spintex Dividend Details

Along with the bonus proposal, the company has approved a dividend of ₹0.10 per equity share for FY2025-26.

The dividend is subject to the applicable approval process and is part of the company’s shareholder-focused corporate actions.

The company is also working on expanding its textile operations.

Its plans include moving further into fabric manufacturing, adding another stage to its existing yarn and cotton-related business activities.

Aastha Spintex Share Price

Aastha Spintex shares rose 4.4% during intraday trading on September 17 to ₹77.87 before closing at ₹77.30 on the BSE, up 3.66% for the session.

The stock was still below its ₹136 IPO price at that time.

The company’s recent corporate actions come soon after its stock-market listing and expansion initiatives.
