Alldigi Tech Gives ₹30 Dividend Again

Alldigi Tech Ltd. has announced another reward for its shareholders. The company has declared a ₹30 dividend per share, marking the 12th dividend in its history.

The announcement was made on Friday through a stock exchange filing. Investors who qualify on the record date will be eligible to receive the dividend.

Record Date for the Dividend

The company has declared a ₹30 dividend on shares with a face value of ₹10. The record date is July 31, 2026.

Only shareholders whose names appear in the company’s records on this date will receive the dividend.

This is the second dividend announced by Alldigi Tech in 2026. Earlier this year, the company paid a ₹30 dividend in February.

It had also distributed a ₹30 dividend in 2025, showing a consistent track record of rewarding shareholders.

How the Stock Has Performed

Alldigi Tech shares ended Friday’s trading session at ₹820.70 on the BSE, down about 2% for the day.

The stock has gained 0.93% in the last one month.

It is down 5.10% so far in 2026.

Over the past one year, the share price has fallen 16%.

The stock’s 52-week high is ₹1,090.15, while the 52-week low is ₹680. The company’s current market capitalization is around ₹1,250 crore.

Although the stock has struggled in the short term, its long-term performance has been much better.

As of the June 2026 quarter, the company’s shareholding pattern remains unchanged for the third consecutive quarter.

Promoters: 73.39%

Public Shareholders: 26.61%

No major changes were reported in the ownership structure during the last three quarters.
