This open-ended equity scheme will invest across large-cap, mid-cap, and small-cap stocks, with the aim of tracking the Nifty 500 Multicap 50:25:25 TRI index.

The fund targets investors looking for diversified exposure across different market segments, especially those seeking strong opportunities during uncertain market conditions.

Investment Details and NFO Dates

The New Fund Offer (NFO) for this scheme will open on February 6, 2025, and close on February 20, 2025. Investors can begin investing with a minimum of Rs 500

and continue in multiples of Rs 1. For additional applications, the minimum investment is Rs 100, with further contributions in multiples of Rs 1.

Exit Load and Fund Management

Exit Load: No exit load applies on up to 10% of the total units held. For the remaining 90%, a 1% exit load will apply if redeemed or switched within six months. After six months, there is no exit load.

Fund Managers: The equity portion will be managed by Nimesh Chandan and Saurabh Gupta, while Siddharth Choudhary will oversee the debt portion.

Investment Strategy and Diversification

The Bajaj Finserv Multi Cap Fund will follow a contrarian investment strategy, focusing on undervalued assets while selling popular ones.

The fund aims to take advantage of opportunities linked to economic cycles, business disruptions, and overlooked growth drivers.

It will maintain a diversified portfolio with investments in large, mid, and small-cap companies to balance risk and reward.

Who Should Invest?

This fund is suitable for investors looking for exposure across different market segments (large, mid, and small-cap) and seeking growth during periods of market volatility.

A long-term investment horizon of 5 years or more is recommended to fully benefit from the contrarian strategy. The fund aims to replicate the performance of the Nifty 500 Multicap 50:25:25 TRI Index.

According to Nimesh Chandan, Chief Investment Officer at Bajaj Finserv AMC, the fund’s disciplined strategy will explore contrarian ideas across all market cap segments, using the INQUBE investment philosophy to build a balanced and strong portfolio through data analysis and behavioral insights.
