Bandhan Bank introduces 4 New Credit Cards

Bandhan Bank credit cards have entered the Indian market with four new Mastercard-powered variants — Sparks, Ignite, Flare and Lumina.

The new portfolio is designed for different spending needs, from everyday shopping to travel and premium lifestyle spending. 

The launch marks Bandhan Bank’s entry into the credit card business as the lender expands its retail banking product range.

Customers can apply through a digital process or at Bandhan Bank branches. 

Bandhan Bank Credit Cards Cover Different Needs

The four cards target different customer segments and spending patterns.

Sparks focuses on everyday shopping, Ignite combines shopping with travel and dining, Flare is positioned around travel and lifestyle benefits, while Lumina is the premium offering.

Sparks offers accelerated rewards on grocery and apparel spending.

It also includes a welcome reward, domestic airport lounge access, BookMyShow offers, a fuel surcharge waiver and EMI cashback benefits.

Ignite is aimed at customers who spend on both groceries and travel.

Its benefits include accelerated rewards, welcome and milestone rewards, domestic and international airport lounge access and dining benefits through EazyDiner. 

Flare Brings Travel and Lifestyle Benefits

Flare is positioned as a travel-focused card for customers looking for more lifestyle benefits.

It comes with an Amazon Pay voucher as a welcome benefit, along with domestic and international airport lounge access. 

The card also offers BookMyShow and EazyDiner benefits, along with golf privileges.

This makes Flare more focused on travel, entertainment and leisure spending than the entry-level Sparks card. 

 Lumina Is the Premium Card in the Range

Lumina is the premium card among the four new offerings.

It provides rewards on international spending and comes with an Oberoi gift voucher as a welcome benefit. 

The card also includes domestic and international airport lounge access, concierge services and airport meet-and-greet facilities.

Dining, entertainment and golf benefits are also part of the offering. 

What the Four Cards Mean for Customers

Bandhan Bank credit cards give customers four options based on their spending habits.

Sparks is geared towards everyday purchases, Ignite towards shopping and travel, Flare towards travel and lifestyle, and Lumina towards premium spending and international travel.

The cards have been launched in partnership with Mastercard, marking a new product category for Bandhan Bank as it expands its retail banking presence.
