The primary market may be slowing down, but it’s not going quiet.

Between March 2 and March 6, investors will see only one mainboard IPO and one SME issue open for subscription.

However, the real excitement will likely come from listings, as nine companies are preparing to debut on the stock exchanges.

So while fresh fundraising is limited, market action is still very much alive.

Mainboard IPO to Watch: Sedemac Mechatronics

The only mainboard IPO opening next week is from Sedemac Mechatronics.

The issue will open for bidding on March 4 and close on March 6.

The total issue size is Rs 1,087.5 crore.

This IPO is entirely an offer for sale of 80 lakh shares.

That means the money raised will go to existing shareholders who are selling part of their stake, not to the company itself.

The price band has been fixed at Rs 1,287 to Rs 1,352 per share.

Investors can apply in lots of 11 shares.

Share allotment is expected on March 9, and the tentative listing date is March 11.

SME IPO: Elfin Agro India

On the SME side, only one company is launching an IPO next week — Elfin Agro India.

This is a fixed price IPO worth Rs 25.03 crore.

Unlike Sedemac, this issue consists entirely of fresh shares, which means the funds raised will go directly to the company.

The IPO opens on March 5 and closes on March 9.

Allotment is likely on March 10, and the company is expected to list on the BSE SME platform on March 12.

Nine Companies Set to Make Their Market Debut

While new IPOs are limited, the listing calendar is packed.

Mainboard Listings:

Clean Max Enviro Energy – March 2

Shree Ram Twistex – March 2

PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery – March 4

Omnitech Engineering – March 5

SME Listings:

Kiaasa Retail (BSE SME) – March 2

Accord Transformer (BSE SME) – March 2

Mobilise App Lab (NSE SME) – March 2

Yaap Digital (NSE SME) – March 5

Striders Impex (NSE SME) – March 6

What Should Investors Focus On?

Overall, the week looks light in terms of new fundraising.

But with nine companies hitting the stock market, listing performance will be the main factor to watch.

For investors, this means the spotlight shifts from subscription numbers to listing-day gains and market sentiment.
