Lamosaic India is set to launch its IPO on November 21, 2024, and it will remain open for subscription until November 26, 2024.

The IPO will consist entirely of fresh shares, with the company planning to issue 30.60 lakh shares, raising a total of ₹61.20 crore.

The price band for the IPO has been fixed at ₹200 per share, and the shares are scheduled to be listed on the NSE SME platform on November 29, 2024. The allotment of shares is expected to take place on November 27, 2024.

IPO Lot Size and Investor Allocation

The IPO lot size has been set at 600 shares, meaning retail investors will need to invest a minimum of ₹1,20,000.

Half of the IPO shares are reserved for retail investors, while the remaining 50% will be available for other categories.

About Lamosaic India

Lamosaic India is a Mumbai-based company specializing in manufacturing flush doors, decorative laminates, printing paper, and plywood.

Operating in the B2B segment, the company markets its products under the brand name Lamosaic. It began its manufacturing operations in 2023.

The funds raised from the IPO, amounting to ₹59.50 crore, will be used for repaying debt, inorganic growth, and general corporate purposes.

The IPO is managed by Inventure Merchant Banker Services Pvt Ltd, with KFin Technologies Limited serving as the registrar.
