The garment and apparel company has announced a 5:1 bonus issue, which means shareholders will receive 5 bonus shares for every 1 share they own.

The company has fixed Monday, August 17, 2026, as the record date.

To be eligible for the bonus shares, investors must buy the stock by today (Friday). This is also the first time Bizotic Commercial is rewarding its shareholders with bonus shares.

Stock Has Delivered Strong Long-Term Returns

Bizotic Commercial has been one of the top-performing multibagger stocks over the past two years.

Its share price has jumped from ₹46.54 on August 16, 2024, to ₹678 on August 14, 2026, delivering a return of more than 1,345%.

Over the last three years, the stock has gained around 1,295%. The company’s market capitalization has also crossed ₹640 crore.

One-Year Gain, But Recent Decline

Despite its impressive long-term performance, the stock has seen some weakness in recent months. Over the past year, the share price has risen 155%, climbing from ₹265 in August 2025 to ₹678 now.

However, the stock is down 21% so far this year and has fallen more than 32% in the last six months. Its 52-week high is ₹1,053, while the 52-week low stands at ₹265.

IPO Price and Company Details
