MyLIC App: Everything in One Place for Customers
The MyLIC app brings all important insurance services together in one place. It offers a smooth and complete digital experience, helping users manage their policies without hassle.
Customers can view and manage all their policies, pay premiums instantly, and check policy benefits in real time. The app also allows users to take policy loans without paperwork, update details online, and even revive inactive policies easily.
In addition, users can buy new policies directly through the app. The fast and secure eKYC process ensures a completely digital experience with minimal documentation.
Super Sales Saathi: A Smart Tool for LIC Agents
The Super Sales Saathi app is specially designed to support LIC agents and field staff. It helps them work more efficiently and provide better service to customers.
Agents get access to digital sales tools, real-time policy updates, and automated follow-up messages. The app also provides customer insights and AI-based suggestions to improve service and sales.
It includes a digital sales kit with product details for presentations, along with a performance dashboard that helps agents track their targets and achievements easily.

Both apps are built on LIC’s digital platform called DYVE (Digital Innovation and Value Enhancement).
