Manas Polymers IPO Lists at 90% Premium on NSE SME

Manas Polymers & Energies Limited made a strong debut in the stock market. The SME segment IPO was listed on NSE SME at ₹153.90, a premium of 90% over its issue price.

However, soon after listing, the stock faced profit booking pressure and hit the lower circuit. On BSE, the share price fell 5% to ₹146.20.

The IPO price band had been fixed between ₹76 to ₹81 per share.

IPO Details and Investment Requirements

The IPO opened on September 26 and closed on September 30. It was available for retail investors during this period.

Lot Size: The company fixed one lot at 1,600 shares.

Minimum Investment: Retail investors had to apply for at least 3,200 shares, making the minimum investment ₹2,59,200.

The total IPO size was ₹23.52 crore, with the company issuing 2.9 million fresh shares. No existing investors sold their shares in this issue.

Subscription Status

On its opening day, the IPO was subscribed 1.24 times overall:

Retail category: 19%

QIB (Qualified Institutional Buyers) category: 6.66 times

NII (Non-Institutional Investors) category: 1.78 times
