To receive the dividend, your name must appear in the company’s Register of Members or the depository records by the end of trading on the day before the record date.
When Will Investors Get the Dividend?
MRF had announced the final dividend in May. It will be placed for shareholder approval at the company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 6, 2026.
If shareholders approve the proposal, the dividend will be paid on or after August 17, 2026.
Earlier in FY2026, MRF had already paid two interim dividends of ₹3 per share each. In FY2025 as well, the company had paid two interim dividends of ₹3 each along with a final dividend of ₹229 per share.

MRF shares closed at ₹1,34,082.80 on the BSE on July 10. The company has a market capitalisation of more than ₹56,800 crore and is part of the BSE 200 Index.

Company’s Financial Performance
MRF reported a standalone net profit of ₹680.44 crore in the January–March 2026 quarter, while revenue stood at ₹7,908.43 crore.
For the full FY2026, the company posted a standalone net profit of ₹2,355.40 crore and revenue of ₹30,652 crore, reflecting steady financial performance.
