The company has declared a dividend of ₹8 per share for eligible investors. October 1 has been set as the record date, meaning shareholders whose names appear in the company’s records on the relevant date will be eligible for the dividend.

R Systems International had last traded ex-dividend in March 2026, when the company paid a dividend of ₹6 per share.

R Systems International shares opened at ₹250 on the BSE on Monday. During the trading session, the stock climbed 14 percent to reach an intraday high of ₹269.75.

The company’s 52-week high stands at ₹446.50, while its 52-week low is ₹213.50. The company has a market capitalisation of around ₹3,163 crore.

The sharp rise in the stock came despite weakness in the broader domestic equity market, bringing the company’s dividend announcement into focus among investors.

However, the stock has delivered a negative return over the one-year period, with its price falling around 35 percent during that time.

Over a 10-year period, investors who have held the shares have seen a gain of around 333 percent.

The R Systems International Dividend announcement comes with the October 1 record date, while the stock’s recent movement and longer-term performance remain separate factors for investors to consider.
