Investors interested in the Technocraft Ventures IPO have their last chance to apply today, August 11.
The mainboard IPO opened for public subscription on August 7 and has already received strong interest from investors.
The IPO size is ₹251.88 crore. Before opening to the public, the company raised ₹75.55 crore from anchor investors on August 6. The IPO has been subscribed more than six times so far.
GMP Jumps Ahead of IPO Closing
Technocraft Ventures is also showing positive movement in the grey market. According to Investors Gain, the IPO is trading at a grey market premium (GMP) of around ₹30 per share.
Based on the upper price band, this indicates a possible listing gain of around 14%. The GMP was ₹23 on August 9, meaning it has increased by ₹7 in just two days.
However, investors should remember that GMP is unofficial and can change quickly. It does not guarantee the actual listing price.
Price Band and Minimum Investment
The company has fixed the IPO price band at ₹200 to ₹212 per share.
One lot contains 70 shares. At the upper price of ₹212, retail investors need a minimum investment of ₹14,840 for one lot.

IPO Subscribed Over 6 Times
Investor demand has remained strong. As of 10:50 am on August 11, the IPO was subscribed 6.87 times overall.
The retail investor category was subscribed 6.52 times, while Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) subscribed 4.50 times.
The Non-Institutional Investor (NII) category saw the highest demand at 10.86 times.
The IPO includes a fresh issue of shares along with a smaller Offer for Sale (OFS) by existing shareholders.
How Will the Company Use the IPO Money?
Technocraft Ventures plans to use ₹150 crore raised through the fresh issue to meet its working capital requirements. The remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes.
As of March 31, 2026, the company reportedly had an order book worth ₹1,235.90 crore.
Some experts believe the IPO valuation looks slightly aggressive. However, the company’s management remains confident about its order book and financial position.
