Upcoming IPOs next week will bring six mainboard issues to the Indian primary market between September 22 and September 24, 2026.

Together, the six public issues are set to raise around Rs 3,824.61 crore, giving investors a busy week in the IPO segment.

The six companies launching their IPOs are Varmora Granito, ArMee Infotech, Swastika Infra, Elevate Campuses, Adroit Industries (India) and A-One Steels India.

Their subscription windows will run between September 22 and September 28, depending on the issue.

ArMee Infotech will open its IPO on September 23 and close the issue on September 25.

The company has fixed the price band at Rs 343 to Rs 362 per share, and its public issue will remain open until September 25.

Adroit Industries (India) will also open its IPO on September 23.

The auto-parts maker has set the price band at Rs 126 to Rs 134 per share, while the total issue size is about Rs 150.71 crore.

A-One Steels India will be the sixth mainboard IPO of the week.

Its issue will open on September 24 and close on September 28, with a price band of Rs 385 to Rs 405 per share and an issue size of Rs 405 crore.

 IPO Dates and Price Bands

The six IPOs have different subscription periods despite opening within the same three-day window.

Varmora Granito will close on September 24, while ArMee Infotech, Swastika Infra, Elevate Campuses and Adroit Industries will close on September 25.

A-One Steels will remain open until September 28.

The varying closing dates mean investors looking at multiple issues will have to track each IPO separately.

The combined issue size is driven largely by Elevate Campuses’ Rs 2,100-crore offering, followed by Varmora Granito’s Rs 708-crore issue and A-One Steels India’s Rs 405-crore IPO.

 What Investors Should Check

Investors considering these upcoming IPOs should check the respective red herring prospectuses for details such as the objects of the issue, financial performance, valuation, risk factors and shareholding structure.

IPO price bands and issue sizes provide basic information about an offering but do not indicate how the shares will perform after listing.

Investors should review the official offer documents and consider their own financial circumstances before applying.

The six mainboard IPOs scheduled for next week add more activity to India’s primary market, with companies from sectors including tiles and bathware, IT infrastructure, power EPC, student accommodation and steel entering the public market.
