What is Diwali Muhurat Trading?
Diwali is seen as a festival that marks the victory of good over evil.
In the stock market, Muhurat Trading is a special session that symbolizes the beginning of the new Hindu calendar year.
For 2025, the BSE and NSE have scheduled Muhurat Trading on October 21 from 1:45 PM to 2:45 PM.
Many investors believe that trading during this auspicious period brings prosperity and financial gains throughout the year. Last year, the session was held between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
