The IPO market is gearing up for an action-packed week from January 12 to January 16, with fresh issues opening for subscription and several companies ready to make their stock market debut.

Investors will see activity across both mainboard and SME platforms, making it an important week to track for those following the primary market.

Here’s a simple breakdown of what’s coming up next week.

Mainboard IPOs: One New Opening, One Ongoing Issue

The mainboard segment will see one new IPO opening for bidding during the week.

At the same time, the Bharat Coking Coal IPO, which opened earlier, will continue to accept subscriptions at the start of the week.

The key highlight will be the Amagi Media Labs IPO, the only fresh mainboard issue scheduled between January 12 and 16.

Amagi Media Labs plans to raise Rs 1,788.62 crore through a book-built issue.

This includes a fresh issue of Rs 816 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 972.62 crore.

The price band has been set at Rs 343–361 per share.

The IPO will open on January 13 and close on January 16, 2026.

Allotment is expected on January 19, while the shares are likely to list on the BSE and NSE on January 21.

SME IPOs: Five Issues Opening Across Different Sectors

The SME segment will remain busy, with five IPOs opening for subscription during the week.

These issues cover multiple sectors and include both fixed-price and book-built formats.

Narmadesh Brass Industries IPO will open on January 12 and close on January 15.

This fixed-price issue is worth Rs 44.87 crore, comprising a fresh issue of Rs 36.09 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 8.78 crore.

Avana Electrosystems IPO will open on January 12 and close on January 14.

The book-built issue has a total size of Rs 35.22 crore.

GRE Renew Enertech IPO will open on January 13 and close on January 16.

This is a fully fresh issue worth Rs 39.56 crore, with a price band of Rs 100–105 per share.

INDO SMC IPO is another book-built SME issue opening on January 13.

The IPO size stands at Rs 91.95 crore and is entirely a fresh issue. The price band has been fixed at Rs 141–149 per share.

Armour Security IPO will open on January 14 and close on January 19.

The book-built issue is worth Rs 26.51 crore and consists only of a fresh issue.

IPO Listings to Watch Next Week

Along with new subscriptions, several companies are set to debut on the stock exchanges during the week.

Gabion Technologies is expected to list on the BSE SME platform on January 13.

On January 14, Yajur Fibres will list on BSE SME, while Victory Electric Vehicles is scheduled to debut on the NSE SME platform.

The biggest listing day will be January 16, when Bharat Coking Coal is set to list.
