The Bihar government is taking fresh steps to promote self-employment across the state.

As part of this effort, special loan camps will be organised in all districts from February 6 to March 12.

These camps aim to provide instant approval of business loans under major central government schemes.

The initiative is being led by the Industries Department, and around 2.5 lakh people are expected to benefit.

Which Schemes Are Covered in These Camps?

Loans will be approved under three major central government schemes:

Pradhan Mantri Micro Food Industries Upgradation Scheme (PMFME)

Applications will be checked and approved directly at the camps to speed up the process.
