Two separate property-related fraud cases have been reported in Ghaziabad. In both incidents, victims claimed they either did not get the property registry or did not receive full payment after the deal. Police have registered cases and started investigation.

Property Dealer Claims ₹2.59 Crore Fraud

A property dealer named Radheshyam Narang, who lives in Sanjay Nagar, filed a complaint with the police. He said he had finalized a deal for a house located in Kavi Nagar.

According to Narang, the deal was made with Hemant Raghav, Vishal Raghav, Nihit Agrawal and another person. He also paid ₹2.59 crore to Hemant Raghav as part of the agreement.

However, Narang alleged that the accused neither completed the property registry nor returned his money. After waiting for a long time and facing financial loss, he finally approached the police and filed a case at Kavi Nagar Police Station.

Land Sold to Another Buyer After Registry

In another case, Sudhakar Mishra, a resident of Crossing Republic in Ghaziabad, also complained to the police about a property deal.

Mishra said he had agreed to sell his land to Kapil Jalan, a resident of Ashok Vihar in Delhi, and his wife Renu Jalan.

The victim claimed that even after the registry process, the accused did not pay the full amount. Later, Mishra discovered that the same land had been sold to another buyer.

When he asked for his remaining payment, the accused allegedly threatened him.

Following his complaint, police at Crossing Republic Police Station registered a case against the accused and began an investigation.
