The record date is April 7. Investors whose names appear as beneficial owners of shares in the company’s Register of Members or in the records of the depositories on this date will be eligible to receive the bonus shares.
The bonus shares were announced in February and will be allotted on April 8. The face value of each share is ₹5.

At present, Avax Apparels and Ornaments’ share price on the BSE is ₹168. The company’s market capitalisation is close to ₹35 crore.
The company was listed on the BSE SME in January 2025. Its initial public offering (IPO) was ₹19.2 million (approximately $1.92 billion). The promoters of the company are Harinderpal Singh Sodhi and Harish Kumar.
