If you have been planning to invest in an IPO, this could be one of the busiest weeks of the year.

Starting July 20, a total of seven companies are set to launch their IPOs, while five companies will make their stock market debut.

Based on the announced price bands, these IPOs are expected to raise around ₹5,254 crore.

However, the final fundraising amount could be even higher because Indo MIM and Lohia Corp have not yet announced their price bands.

Cube Highways Trust IPO Opens on July 22

The first mainboard IPO of the week will be Cube Highways Trust, which opens on July 22 and closes on July 24.

The company has fixed a price band of ₹151 to ₹152 per share and plans to raise ₹5,000 crore through the issue.

This IPO is a pure Offer for Sale (OFS), meaning the company will not receive any fresh capital. Instead, the proceeds will go entirely to the existing unit holders selling their stake.

Three Mainboard IPOs to Open Together

On July 23, three more companies will launch their IPOs.

These issues will remain open until July 27.

Extranet Technologies

IT solutions company Extranet Technologies plans to raise ₹170 crore through a completely fresh issue.

The price band is ₹120 to ₹127 per share.

The company will use the funds to repay debt, purchase systems and hardware, meet working capital requirements, and support other business needs.

Indo MIM

Bengaluru-based Indo MIM, which manufactures precision engineering components, is launching an IPO that includes a ₹500 crore fresh issue along with an Offer for Sale of 68.2 lakh shares.

A large portion of the fresh funds will be used to reduce the company’s debt.

Lohia Corp

Kanpur-based Lohia Corp, a manufacturer of technical textile machinery, is also entering the market.

Its IPO is entirely an Offer for Sale, so the company itself will not receive any new funds.

The money raised will go to the promoters selling their shares.

Apart from the mainboard issues, three companies are launching IPOs in the SME segment.

Gulf Lloyds India will open its ₹18.19 crore fixed-price IPO on July 20.

The proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
