Goodluck India has announced a 2:1 bonus share issue.
This means eligible shareholders will receive 2 additional shares for every 1 share they already hold.
The company has fixed August 21 as the record date. Investors whose names appear in the company’s records on the relevant date, subject to the applicable corporate-action rules, will be eligible for the bonus shares.
For example, if an investor holds 100 shares, a 2:1 bonus issue would mean receiving 200 additional bonus shares, taking the total holding to 300 shares.
