If you are planning to invest in an IPO, here is an important update. Gaudium IVF and Women’s Health, a company that provides fertility services, is launching its IPO. The price band for the issue has been fixed at ₹75 to ₹79 per share.

The lot size has been set at 189 shares, which means retail investors will need to invest at least ₹14,931 at the upper price band of ₹79.

The total IPO size is around ₹165 crore, which includes:
Fresh issue: ₹90 crore
Offer for Sale (OFS): ₹75 crore
Under the OFS, promoter Manika Khanna will sell part of her stake.
The anchor investor book will open on February 18, 2026. Share allotment is expected to be finalized on February 25, 2026, and the shares are likely to be listed on BSE and NSE on February 27, 2026.
The company had re-filed its draft red herring prospectus with SEBI in September 2025, and it received approval in January 2026.
Use of IPO Funds and Corporate Plans
The company has shared how it plans to use the funds from the fresh issue:
₹50 crore will be used to open new IVF centers
₹20 crore will be used to repay or prepay some existing debt
The remaining amount will be used for general corporate purposes
According to the company, listing on the stock exchange will improve its brand image, increase transparency, and help it raise funds more easily for future expansion.
