This fund is part of a 50:50 joint venture between Jio Financial Services Limited (JFSL) and global investment company BlackRock Inc.

This is an open-ended equity scheme that mainly invests in large-cap companies in India.

The fund follows BlackRock’s Systematic Active Equities (SAE) strategy, which uses data, analytics, and expert insights to make better investment decisions.

Focus on Long-Term Growth and Stability

The JioBlackRock Large Cap Fund is designed for long-term investors who are looking for stable and strong returns.

It invests in companies that have solid businesses, reliable management, and the ability to perform well in different market conditions.

Systematic and Risk-Controlled Investment Strategy

The fund follows a diversified and systematic approach to build a balanced portfolio while managing risk. It focuses mainly on large-cap companies based on market capitalization, helping investors get a mix of stability and growth.

The fund aims to perform better than the BSE 100 Index (TRI) by actively selecting stocks from the top 250 companies.

Use of Data and AI for Better Decisions

The fund uses advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) to convert real-time market signals into useful investment ideas.

Company Statement and NFO Details

Rishi Kohli, Chief Investment Officer of JioBlackRock Asset Management, said that large-cap stocks are important for long-term wealth creation.

He added that this fund offers a systematic and diversified way for investors to invest in strong and stable companies.

The New Fund Offer (NFO) for this fund has opened today and will remain available for investment until 7 April 2026.
