The company’s shares were listed at ₹165 on the BSE, which was nearly 18% higher than the IPO price.
Soon after listing, heavy buying pushed the stock to its 10% upper circuit, taking the share price to ₹181.45. This means investors earned nearly 30% profit on listing day.

The IPO was open for subscription from August 11 to August 13. The company had fixed the IPO price at ₹140 per share, while the minimum lot size was 107 shares.
Retail investors needed to invest at least ₹14,980 to apply.
The company also offered its employees a ₹13 per share discount on the IPO price.

Milky Mist Dairy Food is an FMCG company with a strong presence in South India. Over the past few years, its financial performance has improved significantly.
The company’s revenue increased from ₹1,826.86 crore in FY2024 to ₹3,145 crore in FY2026. During the same period, its net profit jumped from ₹19.44 crore to ₹127.01 crore, showing strong business growth.
How the IPO Money Will Be Used
The company plans to use the funds raised through the IPO for several key purposes.
₹496.86 crore will be used to repay existing debt.
₹469.24 crore will be invested in expanding the Perundurai manufacturing facility.
₹155.31 crore will be spent on developing Visi coolers, ice cream freezers, and chocolate coolers.
The remaining amount will be used for general corporate purposes.
