Richfield Financial to Issue 1 Bonus Share for Every Share Held

Richfield Financial Services Limited has announced that it will be giving 1 bonus share for every share held by eligible investors. The record date for this bonus issue is set for Friday, 14th February.

Recently, the shares of Richfield Financial Services Limited saw an upper circuit on Friday, causing the share price to rise by 2%, reaching Rs 117.82.

Key Dates for the Bonus Share Issue

The company has confirmed that for every share owned, investors will receive one bonus share. The record date for this bonus issue is set for Friday, February 14.

This means that only the investors whose names appear in the company’s records on that date will be eligible to receive the bonus shares.

This is the first time Richfield Financial Services Limited is issuing bonus shares to its investors.

Strong Stock Market Performance

Richfield Financial Services Limited has shown impressive growth in the stock market. In just one week, the company’s share price rose by more than 10%. In the new year alone, the stock price has increased by 26%.

Over the past 6 months, positional investors have seen their investments double, with a 125% return. In comparison, the Sensex has dropped by more than 5% in the same period.

The company’s share price has surged by over 600% in the last year. The highest share price in the past 52 weeks is Rs 117.82, while the lowest was Rs 16.53.

Richfield Financial Services had also paid a dividend of Rs 0.80 per share to eligible investors in July of the previous year.
