For the year ending December 31, 2025, Sanofi Consumer Healthcare declared a dividend of ₹75 per share.

The board of directors has recommended this final dividend of ₹75 per share (with a face value of ₹10), which is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM).

The company will announce the record date or book closure for the dividend payment in due course.

Quarterly and Annual Performance

In the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025, Sanofi Consumer Healthcare reported a net profit of ₹665 million, up 50.11% compared to ₹443 million in the same quarter last year.

The company’s operating revenue for the quarter rose 47.04% year-on-year to ₹251 million, compared to ₹1707 million in Q4 FY2024.

Domestic sales increased by 23%, driven by the re-launch of recalled products. Export sales saw a significant jump, growing 9.3 times due to a low base.

For the full year 2025, the company reported revenue of ₹878.4 crore, marking a 21% increase over the previous year.

Himanshu Bakshi, Managing Director of Sanofi Consumer Healthcare, said, “Our domestic business has delivered healthy double-digit growth for two consecutive quarters, supported by strong contributions from our export markets.

We continue to invest in our brands and remain focused on strengthening fundamentals and driving operational excellence to achieve the next phase of sustainable growth.”
