DDA Khushhaal Pariwaar Yojana 2026 brings a new opportunity for middle-income families looking to buy a home in Delhi.
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched the scheme with 445 Middle Income Group (MIG) flats across Narela, Loknayakpuram and Jahangirpuri, with prices ranging from around Rs 43 lakh to Rs 1.1 crore.
Registration opened on November 6, 2026, while the booking process is scheduled to begin on November 16. Applicants can complete the process through the DDA Awaas Portal.
DDA Khushhaal Pariwaar Yojana 2026: Flat Locations
The new housing scheme offers flats in three locations across Delhi. Narela has the largest share, with 296 MIG flats available in Sectors A1-A4.
Loknayakpuram accounts for another 132 flats, while 17 flats are being offered in the Jahangirpuri area.
The availability of homes across these locations gives applicants different options depending on their preferred area and budget.
The prices vary according to the size and location of each flat. Overall, the homes are priced between approximately Rs 43 lakh and Rs 1.1 crore.
Registration Fee and Booking Amount
Applicants interested in the scheme must pay a one-time registration fee of Rs 2,500. This fee is non-refundable.
The booking amount for an MIG flat has been fixed at Rs 4 lakh. Buyers should also check the applicable flat price and other charges before proceeding with a booking.
People who have already registered on the DDA Awaas Portal do not need to complete registration again. They can use their existing registration details for the scheme.
How to Apply for DDA Khushhaal Pariwaar Yojana
The registration and booking process will be conducted online through the DDA Awaas Portal. Applicants need to visit the portal and select the DDA Khushhaal Pariwaar Yojana 2026 option.
Registration began on November 6, while flat bookings will open on November 16, 2026. Interested buyers should complete the registration process and keep their application details ready before the booking window begins.
Applicants should carefully review the scheme brochure and the instructions available on the official portal. The brochure contains the applicable terms and conditions that buyers must follow.
What Buyers Should Check Before Booking
Before selecting a flat, applicants should compare the location, size and total cost of the available properties.
The advertised price range is not the same for every flat, as the final amount depends on the property selected.
Buyers should also account for the non-refundable registration fee and the required booking amount when planning their finances. Any additional applicable charges should be checked in the official scheme documents.
The DDA’s new scheme adds 445 MIG homes to the housing options available in Delhi.
With registration already underway and bookings scheduled for November 16, interested families have an opportunity to review the available properties and prepare their applications in advance.
