EPFO Nidhi Aapke Nikat camp will be held nationwide on September 28, giving PF members, pensioners and employers an opportunity to interact directly with officials and seek help with provident fund-related issues.
The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation announced the September camp through an official social media post, asking members to use the outreach programme to understand EPFO schemes, benefits, services and processes, while also seeking on-the-spot grievance redressal.
EPFO Nidhi Aapke Nikat Camp on September 28
Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0 is EPFO’s monthly district-level outreach programme, designed to bring its services closer to employees, pensioners and employers.
The initiative has been running since January 2023 and provides a direct interaction channel with EPFO officials.
At the September 28 camps, members can ask officials about EPFO schemes and benefits, understand service procedures and raise problems related to their PF accounts or other services.
The programme is particularly relevant for people who face difficulties understanding digital processes or need clarification about the procedure and documents required for an EPFO service.
PF Grievances Can Be Raised Directly
A key feature of the camp is grievance redressal. Members can explain their unresolved PF-related concerns directly to officials and seek clarification about the action required in their cases.
However, every complaint may not necessarily be resolved on the same day.
EPFO’s programme framework states that grievances not resolved at the camp can be registered through the EPFiGMS grievance system for further resolution.
This means members with pending issues can use the camp to understand the status of their matter and the next steps, even when an immediate resolution is not possible.
How to Find the Nearest EPFO Camp
EPFO has provided a camp locator so members can identify the venue nearest to them. Since camp locations vary by district, members should check the latest EPFO information before travelling.
People attending a camp for a specific grievance should carry relevant account information and documents connected with their issue.
Having details such as UAN, PF account information and previous grievance records can help officials understand the matter.
Why the EPFO Camp Matters for PF Members
EPFO services have increasingly moved online, but members may still need assistance when they face problems with account information, claims, documentation or digital procedures.
The outreach programme provides an opportunity to discuss such issues directly with officials.
The September 28 camp is part of EPFO’s continuing monthly outreach rather than a one-time programme.
District-level camps are generally organised each month, with the date adjusted when the regular schedule falls on a holiday.
PF members, pensioners and employers who plan to attend should verify their local camp venue and carry information relevant to their query.
The exact action on a grievance will depend on the nature of the case and the procedure applicable to it.
